Bringing the Film in: Romeo and Juliet

Film Outside In Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet. 1996. Baz Luhrmann. Say no more. I was hooked on this film when it first came out! The costume, the drama, the colour, the sets (I should have known I’d be a Stylist when I think about it now…)

Then there was Leo. And Claire Danes! She was such a beauty in this film. Remember the fish tank scene? Who could forget the fish tank scene?!

Today’s ‘Bringing the Film in’ is inspired by the incredible petrol station where they had their notorious battle. All that bright blue with pops of red, yellow and green- it’s such a colour explosion. So this week’s interiors picks are equally as bright and clashy. I’m definitely hiring R & J out again this weekend.

Check them out and let me know what you think!
