One of the things that was on my bucket list was to learn to surf. I know, I know, I’m Australian so surfing should be in my blood, but I can tell you, it ‘aint!
When I travelled to San Sebastian a few years ago, I decided it was time to tick it off my list. (yes, that’s me in the picture holding one of the boards!)
I had been looking forward to it so much, so I put on my wetsuit, grabbed my board and…totally failed. I am definitely NOT a natural.
So, I spent the rest of my week doing what I enjoy most and that is walking around checking out the architecture and soaking up the history of the place. It was SO beautiful. One of my favourite places that I have visited so far.
